Rank images added Plus some updates

Since i can access the admin panel i decided to make some updates for the site:

-Pm limits increased from 25 to 50 in all boxes
-Quick reply added
-Rank images added
-Co-admin group added

Ummm i think thats all...

Can you guys gimme links of non-noobs chats? When I type "noob" in the search bar, always noobish chats. So if we can recruit people from all-over the world, it will be better. Chat lived-up + some Time-Zones advantage. So we need to recruit alot of people from the world for Time-Zones.
